TERMS OF SERVICE & PURCHASE POLICIES

These Terms of Service & Purchase Policies govern the scheduling, purchase, participation, and use of services offered by Sixth Seal of Light LLC and Rebekah E. Dorsey.
By booking, purchasing, scheduling, participating in, or otherwise utilizing services offered by Sixth Seal of Light LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service & Purchase Policies.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By scheduling, purchasing, booking, participating in, or otherwise utilizing services offered by Sixth Seal of Light LLC and Rebekah E. Dorsey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and Purchase Policies.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Sixth Seal of Light LLC provides Reflective Guidance Coaching, Tarot Readings, Oracle Readings, Rune Readings, Scrying Sessions, and other related reflective, educational, and divinatory services.
Reflective Guidance Coaching and Intuitive Reading services are separate and distinct offerings. Each service is independently scheduled, conducted, and governed by its own agreements, informed consent documents, client acknowledgements, and applicable policies.
Services are offered for personal reflection, exploration, perspective, and self-development purposes. Services are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.
3. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Appointments are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Any changes in pricing will not affect services already purchased and scheduled.
Live Tarot & Oracle Readings are offered during scheduled livestream events on a limited, first-come, first-served basis.
Participation opportunities may be limited by the number of readings available during a particular livestream. To help ensure opportunities remain available to participants who are ready to proceed, Sixth Seal of Light LLC may temporarily reserve a reading opportunity while the required Live Tarot & Oracle Reading Agreement & Informed Consent is completed and the purchase process is finalized.
If the required agreement is not completed and the required purchase is not received within the stated timeframe, Sixth Seal of Light LLC reserves the right to release the reserved reading opportunity and make it available to another participant.
4. CLIENT ELIGIBILITY
Services are available only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. By scheduling or participating in services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least twenty-four (24) hours notice.
Appointments canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to thirty percent (30%) of the scheduled service fee.
Cancellation requests should be submitted through the scheduling platform, email, or other approved communication method.
6. MISSED APPOINTMENTS & NO-SHOWS
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Missed appointments are not guaranteed to be rescheduled and may be treated as a completed appointment at the discretion of Sixth Seal of Light LLC.
7. REFUND POLICY
Refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Sixth Seal of Light LLC.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever reasonably possible.
Once a service has begun, the service is considered rendered.
Dissatisfaction with information received, interpretations provided, personal outcomes, decisions made, or actions taken following a service does not automatically qualify for a refund.
If Sixth Seal of Light LLC must cancel a scheduled appointment, clients may be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund of fees paid for the canceled service.
8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, and implementation of information discussed during any service.
Participation in services is voluntary.
Clients are encouraged to exercise personal judgment and seek guidance from appropriately qualified professionals when necessary.
9. VIRTUAL SESSION POLICY
Clients are responsible for maintaining access to a functioning internet connection, device, camera, microphone, and any required software necessary to participate in virtual sessions.
Reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect in the event of technical difficulties. If a session cannot reasonably continue due to technical issues, Sixth Seal of Light LLC may determine whether rescheduling is appropriate.
10. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE
Sixth Seal of Light LLC reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, postpone, or discontinue services at any time if doing so is deemed appropriate, necessary, or in the best interests of those involved.
Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Threatening conduct
• Inappropriate requests
• Intoxication or impairment
• Repeated policy violations
• Requests that fall outside the scope of services offered
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
Sixth Seal of Light LLC makes reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of information voluntarily shared during services. Information will not be disclosed to third parties except with your permission, where disclosure is required by applicable law, in response to a lawful court order or other legal process, or where there is a reasonable belief that disclosure may be necessary to help prevent imminent harm to yourself or others.
While reasonable efforts are made to protect your information, no method of electronic communication, transmission, or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. LIMITATION OF SERVICES
Reflective Guidance Coaching and Intuitive Reading services are separate and distinct services offered by Sixth Seal of Light LLC.
Reflective Guidance Coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process intended to support reflection, self-discovery, personal insight, and the exploration of perspectives. Reflective Guidance Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.
Intuitive Readings, including Tarot, Oracle, Rune, Scrying, and other divinatory services, are offered separately from Reflective Guidance Coaching and are provided for entertainment and reflective purposes only. Intuitive Readings are interpretive in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, predict future events with certainty, replace licensed professional services, or establish a Reflective Guidance Coaching relationship.
Clients seeking both Reflective Guidance Coaching and Intuitive Reading services understand that each service is separate and distinct, is scheduled and conducted independently, and is not combined into a single appointment or session. Each service is governed by its own agreements, informed consent documents, client acknowledgements, and applicable Terms of Service & Purchase Policies.
13. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
By submitting payment, booking services, completing intake forms, signing consent documents, checking acknowledgement boxes, or otherwise proceeding with services, clients acknowledge acceptance of these Terms of Service and Purchase Policies.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and Purchase Policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
15. POLICY CHANGES
Sixth Seal of Light LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service and Purchase Policies at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on the Sixth Seal of Light LLC website unless otherwise stated.
